Nº3: continuous update of the www site of the Action, and maintenance of the various email reflectors for the participants in the Action and in the Working Groups

Nº4: organisation of special sessions of the Action in major international conferences on mobile communications, namely VTC’99 Fall

Nº5: increase of collaboration with other COST Actions

Nº6: increase of collaboration with projects in the ACTS, SMT and ESPRIT frameworks
