Submission
Authors are invited to submit their contribution in the form of a REVIEW PAPER in PDF format, with a minimum length of two A4 pages and a maximum length of five A4 pages. The paper must contain enough information for the Technical Programme Committee (TPC) and reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work in a single acceptance/rejection review process (accepted papers can only correct minor typos in the final camera ready version). Notice that TPC and reviewers will especially care about plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
The paper must be uploaded via EDAS® (paper submission opens on Oct. 2, 2016).
It is highly recommended, and mandatory if you choose to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore, to check compliance of the manuscript files by using the PDF eXpress® tool, with the conference Id: 40194X
Be aware that creating an IEEE PDF eXpress™ account and converting or checking the source file may take some time and should not be done at the last minute. It is recommended to check possible compatibility problems early enough by uploading on EDAS a preliminary version. The manuscript can be replaced until the deadline. The author list as it is entered in EDAS is definitive after the submission deadline and cannot be changed at any time afterwards.
During the uploading process, authors will be requested to categorize their paper in terms of ONE conference topic (see the Call for Papers). Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, unless otherwise stated by the author.
At least one of the authors of each paper must have a full registration for attending the conference and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as "presenting author". "No shows" or lack of registration fee payment will inhibit publication in the online proceedings.
