Filipe Cardoso is preparing the contribution to Deliverable D4.1 “Most Promising Tracks of Green Radio Technologies”, and the edition of a chapter on Multi-Antenna Techniques. António Serrador has presented energy efficiency metrics for radio resource management and related cost functions on cellular networks.
